Hi, Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community. Sorry to know that you are facing issues while installing Microsoft PhotoDraw V2 on Windows 10. As per the information provided below in Microsoft Compatibility Center, Microsoft PhotoDraw V2 is compatible with Windows 10. But you may try to install Microsoft PhotoDraw V2 in program Compatibility mode and check if it helps. Click on search bar next to Start Menu. Type “ Troubleshooting” without the quotes and click on Troubleshooting.

Click on View All the left panel of the screen and then click on Program Compatibility T roubleshooter. Then click on Next and follow the instructions. I installed the program and when I encountered this error continued to hit the 'ignore' key a number of times until it showed Photodraw was successfully installed.

Good news/bad news: the technique worked on my laptop but not on my PC. The PC can save.mix but not the conventional formats. The laptop was built for me and was a clean install with Windows 7 and Windows 10; the PC is also Windows 7 and 10, but this computer was upgraded, plus a new hard drive installed, and all programs preserved. I have had some problems with a few programs on the PC, Photodraw being one.
